Turn the speed to 0, press eject, and the attachments drop out — no pulling at a beater coated in batter.

Easy to Clean

All attachments are dishwasher safe, and the body wipes down with a damp cloth.

Good to Know

Start on speed 1, always — particularly with flour or icing sugar.

A hand mixer is not a stand mixer. Heavy bread dough will strain it, so work in smaller batches and let it rest if the motor sounds laboured.

Unplug before fitting or removing attachments. Never put the motor body in water.
