Shipping Policy

Free Delivery, Everywhere in the UAE
Delivery is free on every order, on every product. The price you see on the page is the price you pay — nothing is added for shipping at checkout.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days across all seven Emirates.

These are estimates based on our courier partners' typical performance, not guarantees. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may occasionally take a little longer.

How Delivery Works
After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details before dispatch. Please keep your phone available, since the courier may also call ahead of delivery. 

Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your order may still be dispatched for delivery. If you no longer want the order, please tell us before it is dispatched.

We ship using trusted third-party courier and fulfilment partners across the UAE. You will receive tracking information for your shipment, and our support team can look up your order status at any time.

Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives — no card details are needed to place an order.

Order Changes
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@jameora.com. We can make changes only before the order has been dispatched.
