This is the fastest way to reach us and the best place for anything to do with an order. Emails are answered Monday to Saturday, 9AM–6PM UAE time. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working day.
What to include — this genuinely speeds things up
If your message is about an existing order, please include:
- Your order number (it's in your order confirmation email)
- The phone number you used when ordering
- Clear photos, if an item arrived damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered
With those three things we can usually resolve it in one reply. Without them, we have to write back asking for them first, which costs you a day.
Common questions
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then take 1–3 business days to arrive. You'll receive tracking information for your shipment. If it's been longer than that, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.
I didn't answer the confirmation message — what happens?
After you order, you'll get a confirmation message on WhatsApp. If we can't reach you after three attempts, your order may still be dispatched. If you've changed your mind, tell us before it's dispatched.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
How do I pay?
Every order is Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives — no card details are needed to place an order.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
You have 14 days after delivery to request a replacement. Email us with your order number and photos. Please don't send anything back before your request is approved — we'll send you the correct return address and instructions.
