Do not use this if you have diabetes, neuropathy or reduced sensation in your feet. Reduced feeling means you cannot tell when you have gone too far, and a small wound on a foot is a serious matter. Have your feet cared for by a professional instead.
Use it on dry skin, in short passes, and stop well before the skin feels tender. Removing too much in one session leaves the skin raw.
Do not use on cracked, broken, sore or infected skin. Clean the roller after each use and do not share it.
