Good to Know — Two Tips That Matter

Dust the machine with flour first, or the wrapper sticks to the plate.

If the edges are not sealing tightly, wet the rim of the wrapper slightly. Flour varies in stickiness between brands, and that is almost always the cause.

Do not overfill — too much filling stops the edge closing.
