Good to Know

Do not overfill the basket. Air has to circulate — a packed basket steams food instead of crisping it, and that is the single most common reason people are disappointed.

Shake or turn food halfway through. Leave at least 10cm of clear space behind and above it for the hot air outlet.

Use wooden or silicone tools in the basket, never metal.
