At 2.5L this is genuinely small — a family meal will need cooking in batches. If you cook for three or more, the 3.5L model is the better choice.

Do not overfill. Air has to circulate, and a packed basket steams rather than crisps.

Leave clear space behind and above it for the hot air outlet, and use wooden or silicone tools in the basket.
