Good to Know

This is a mini press — one sandwich at a time, and standard sliced bread fits best. Large or artisan slices will need trimming.

Oil the plates before the first use and each time after. Non-stick still needs a little fat to release bread cleanly.

The metal gets hot all the way through. Use the locked handles, keep it away from children, and let it cool before taking it apart.
