Safety and Use — Please Read

Use plain water only. No essential oils, toner or additives — they damage the heating element, and inhaling heated oils is not safe.

Keep your face about 20cm away and never directly over the nozzle. Steam burns.

Around ten minutes is a session, not a target — over-steaming dries skin rather than hydrating it. Twice a week is enough for most people.

Avoid if you have rosacea, very sensitive skin, a skin condition or broken skin. This is a skincare appliance, not a medical device, and it treats nothing.

Empty and dry the tank after each use.
