Good to Know — Please Read

This warms food that is already cooked. It is not a cooker, and it takes roughly 30-45 minutes to heat a full box — switch it on before you are hungry, not when.

Never immerse the base in water. Wash the inner tray only and wipe the base.

Keep food cold until you heat it. Do not leave a meal sitting warm in the box all morning and then reheat it.

You have 14 days after delivery to request an eligible replacement. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
